Well, this will give us all the opportunity to pull out some sunny music in the middle of February.  I'm going to go ahead and predict a Congos victory here (prove me wrong children), especially because Cibo Matto's biggest fan seems to be AWOL.  I did notice, though, that they just released a new album, which is kind of weird.  Get your votes in quick folks.
